The need and demand for quality Hospice Care is at an all time high. With an aging population, we foresee the demand for Hospice to continually increase in the coming years. Over the past 4 years of caring for the terminally ill the need for a modern hospice residence, or hospice house, has become increasingly evident. Currently, there is not another facility of this type within 45 miles, the majority being 75+ miles away and most are completely full with a waiting list Our hospice house will serve two main purposes – To create a homelike setting for hospice patients who need inpatient services and to ease the heavy burden caregivers shoulder every day. Most of us have had a personal experience with a loved one who has battled a disease such as cancer, heart disease or Alzheimer’s Dementia. A great percentage of us will ourselves develop one of these diseases as we age. That is why we are asking you to invest with us in caring for family, friends and ourselves by being part of “The Legacy Campaign”.
